  "Description": "Turns a curated set of package archives (.tar.gz, .zip)\ninto one meta-package in the style of the 'tidyverse', so that\na group of interdependent packages can be distributed and\ninstalled as a single unit. The generated meta-package records\nthe exact archive versions it was built from and installs its\ncomponents in dependency order, so that whoever receives it\ndoes not have to work out which package to install first. The\ncomponent archives are copied into the generated meta-package,\nso it is the only artifact that has to be distributed and no\ndirectory has to be agreed on between machines. Resolves\ndependencies by building a graph with topological ordering and\ncycle detection, classifies them as local or external, and\ndetects implicit dependencies by scanning source code.\nInstallation needs no repository access unless a component\ndepends on a package that only exists in one, which suits teams\nworking behind institutional firewalls. Generates the complete\nmeta-package scaffold, including installation helpers,\nvignettes and documentation.",
